NIPUNYA

Learn a skill that is in demand. Prove it. Reach the jobs it opens.

NIPUNYA measures your skill on a national scale employers trust, names the skills that move you up a band, and shows how many real positions each one opens near you. You start from wherever you are — your first job or your tenth year.

NIPUNYA requires a live internet connection. There is no offline mode.

Two ways to start

These are equal routes. Neither is a fallback for the other, and neither gets you a worse answer.

This is my first job

Tell us your education, your institution and where you are. We show you the skills employers near you are hiring for, what to learn next, and the positions that opens.

I already have work experience

Upload a resume or enter your roles by hand. We map the skills you already have, name the ones worth adding, and benchmark what you are paid against comparable work.

What you get

A band, not a rank

You are never told you are number 47,000 of 60,000. You get a band, the distance to the next band as a range, and the number of positions employers are actively hiring for in your band right now.

Six skills with a rupee figure attached

Three skills to deepen and three to add. Every one carries the change in open positions and the change in median offer. Never a bare skill name.

Training that leads somewhere

Course recommendations map to the skills your band is short of, so what you study is what employers are hiring for. Only verified-tier scores reach employers, and only with your consent.

A pay benchmark, with its confidence stated

If you have been paid for work before, we plot it against comparable work by skill, experience, city and employer segment. Where the comparison is too thin to be honest, we say so and show nothing.
